It's estimated that the average household gets around 650 bits of junk mail per year put through their letterbox. Not only is this a huge source of frustration, but it has an impact on the planet too. I was asked to work with Rav Wilding to help him talk about why we may be receiving so much unsolicited mail, how to stop it and what steps we can take to protect ourselves from further doormat deluges.
