It was the eighth annual #MedSafetyWeek social media campaign, a worldwide drive spearheaded by the UK's MHRA and the World Health Organisation to focus on the importance of reporting suspected adverse reactions to medicines and suspected problems with medical devices. To get behind this campaign, I joined forces with Dr Ranj to help him talk about medicine side effects and how to report safety concerns to the Yellow Card scheme.
